Job description:

As a Customer Service Employee at Rymax Lubricants, you will fulfil an indispensable role within the logistics team. In this job, you will get to know all major ports in the world in no time, you will be in daily contact with all kinds of countries and you will be amazed at what all these different cultures have to offer. Your goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers. You are literally the link between our sales team that sells the products, and the actual delivery to the customer: a valued and important position! Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the entire order fulfillment process, from the moment an order is signed to the moment the products reach the customer in good order. This process can be roughly divided into 3 main tasks:

1. Customer contact:

   - You are the point of contact for the customer during the order process.
   - You inform the customer about delivery times, availability and coordinate logistics.
   - Communication takes place mainly via e-mail and telephone.

    

2. Operational management of warehouse and production:

   You monitor production planning and ensure that all order flows from our suppliers are well coordinated.

    

3. Logistical management:

   In cooperation with our freight forwarder, you ensure that the goods are delivered to our customers smoothly and with the right documents.

What will you bring?

Many of the above tasks can be learnt on the job, so we do not have any exceptional educational requirements. However, we are looking for people with a solid foundation, common sense and some strong character traits:

• Independent, proactive and assertive.
• Good organisational skills.
• Flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Knowledge of AFAS Profit is an advantage.
• Experience in a customer-oriented function, preferably with logistics tasks, is a plus.
